    Electroplating Disadvantages:

    二、anodic oxidation

    Anodized oxidation: mainly anodized oxidation of aluminum, is the use of electrochemical principle, to generate a layer of Al2O (aluminum oxide) film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy.This oxide film has the special characteristics of protective, decorative, insulation, wear resistance and so on.

    characteristic:

    1. Enhance the strength,

    2. Realize any color except for white.

    3. Realize nickel sealing holes to meet the requirements of nickel free in Europe and the United States and other countries.

    Technical difficulties and key points:

    The yield level of anodized oxidation is related to the cost of the final product. The focus of improving the oxidation yield is the suitable amount of oxidant, the suitable temperature and current density, which requires structural parts manufacturers to constantly explore and seek breakthroughs in the production process.

     三、cataphoresis

    Electrophoresis: used for stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc., can make the product present a variety of colors, and maintain the metal luster, while enhancing the surface performance, with good anti-corrosion performance.

    Process flow: pretreatment electrophoresis drying

    merit:

    1. Rich in colors;

    2. No metallic texture, and can match sand blasting, polishing, drawing, etc.;

    3. Processing in the liquid environment can realize the surface treatment of complex structures;

    4. The process is mature and available for mass production.

    Disadvantages: the ability to cover up the defects is general, and the die-casting electrophoresis has high pretreatment requirements

    四、Microarc oxidation

    Microarc oxidation: the process of applying a high voltage to the electrolyte solution (the weak alkaline solution) generally to generate the ceramic surface mask layer, which is the result of the synergy of physical discharge and electrochemical oxidation.

    Process flow: pretreatment with hot water washing and MAO drying

    Technical advantages:

    1. Ceramic texture, dark appearance, no highlight products, delicate feel, anti-fingerprint;

    2. Extensive substrate materials: Al, Ti, Zn, Zr, Mg, Nb, and its alloys;

    3. Simple pretreatment, excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and good heat dissipation performance.

    Disadvantages: at present, the color is limited, only black, gray and other more mature, bright colors are difficult to achieve at present; the cost is mainly affected by high power consumption, is one of the highest cost in surface treatment.

    Physical gas deposition (Physical vapor deposition, PVD): is an industrial manufacturing process, is mainly using physical processes to deposit thin film technology.

    process flow:

    technical feature:
